As the structural project (EIFS) nears on Building 405, it is pertinent the guest spots in front of 405 remain open during construction for staging. This is the area between 405 and 413. If you are currently utilizing an unmarked spot, please use an alternate area through the end of January, allowing AWR the spaces. With everyone’s cooperation, we hope blocking off the spaces off completely isn’t necessary. If you have tenants or guests in your unit, please advise them of the same.
