RE: NOTICE TO NOT USE BALCONY
Dear Owners:
Thank you to those Unit Owners who attended the Special Meeting of the Members and Board held on March 24, 2025. For those who attended, you heard the Association’s engineer and contractor both warn about the use of balconies on the buildings in the condominium complex.
For all Unit Owners, whether you attended the Meeting or not, please be advised that Steven Hentz, of REl Engineering, Inc. and Rick Heard, of AWR Contracting both advised all Unit Owners, tenants and other occupants to refrain from using their balcony until further testing and/or repair is complete. The Board of Directors is working diligently with these contractors to schedule repairs to your building, including your balcony. The contractors will advise when the work is complete and the balconies are safe for use. More information regarding the schedule of and timing for the work will be forthcoming.
Until the work on your building and your balcony is complete, DO NOT USE YOUR BALCONY. All Owners must immediately notify their tenants or occupants of this waring. Any failure to heed this warning will be at your own risk. The Association is not responsible for injury, damages or losses for your failure to heed this warning.
We continue to thank you for your courtesy and cooperation while the Board of Directors continues to repair the buildings and work to further improve the property.
