Due to the influx of vehicles parking in the community without decals and guest passes, every vehicle will be required to have one on their vehicle by Monday July 21, 2025. The towing company will be patrolling the community and towing any vehicle that does not have the decal or guest pass in place (even if you are parking in your assigned space, you still need one). Per the governing documents all vehicles need either a decal or pass. Please email me back and let me know if you need one of them so I can get them ready for pick up from our office (2224 Virginia Beach Blvd. Ste. 201). Please let me know if you have any questions.
